Galaxy Casino Takes Over

Macau has become a hot commodity for
casino owners in the western hemisphere. With its unique laws
which permit gambling within Chinese borders, this city provides
opportunity for the gaming industry.
The Las Vegas style casinos provided
by western business owners provide an attractive entertainment
sources for wealthy business men in the far east.
A new casino equipped with 318 hotel
rooms, a night club, and a six story spa, will no doubt prove more
than lucrative for casino executives fronting the money for
construction.
The Galaxy Entertainment Group is
making an investment in Macau. Combining both eastern design and
western construction the casino will provide the best from both
cultures
2006 has been a very positive year for
the company who has opened three casinos including the Grand Waldo
in Macau. The Group has expressed that they intend to not only
maintain, but increase growth in the company through more
determined and progressive planning
The Grand Waldo is the region second
mega casino. The Galaxy Group have two other smaller casinos in
the city that have lead to the construction of their current
project.
Within a span of four short months the
Macau casinos caused shares to jump from nine to twenty percent,
giving the company the confidence to expand to include the grand
Waldo.
Galaxy has invested $1.02 billion in
the region with the hopes to build yet another large casino which
they plan to name the Star World Hotel
The Investment has already proved to
be a great move for the casino and will most likely lead to
further plans of expansion so that the company can stand its own
against the financial giants in Vegas
