A Las Vegas casino mogul was named the
third richest man by Forbes magazine last week
Sheldon Adelson has acquired $20.5
billion fortune developing casinos. With his sight on the number
one slot in Forbes, this casino proprietor will not stop in his
relentless pursuit to provide the best in casino entertainment.
When interviewed for the magazine,
Adelson made it quite clear that he had every indentation to knock
Bill Gates off the Top slot on the Forbes List. With a
Venetian style Hotel and Casino that has such features as 4000
rooms and one of the largest casinos floors on the strip. Adelson
may give Gates a rune for his money.
The investment of casino construction
in Macao is the key behind Adelson climb up the economic ladder.
this area is the only region in China where gambling is legal, and
by building a site there he has created an inherent strong hold in
the area.

location is already currently out performing his casino sites on
the strip which, make no mistakes, are very lucrative businesses
in the area. The Macao location has only been operation for two
years, but it has returned Adelsons investment handsomely
Sand's Macao has 200,000 rooms to harbor gamblers from all over
the world. The exotic location provides a great deal of intrigue
and attractiveness to high rollers.
Adelson has faced a lot of criticism prior to opening his Macao
location from individuals who said that Chinese gamblers would not
be interested in the flashiness provided by Las Vegas style
casinos. However, tourists from Japan and other areas and South
East Asia more than make up for the apathy of the local Chinese
citizens
Although possibly a financial genius,
Adelson describes is business strategy as common sense. If an
