BetOnSports Casino Goes Offline
BetOnSports, the British based Online
Casino Company, is going to shut down their U.S. sites. The
company claims that it is in order to refocus their attention in
other locations so that they can pay off creditors
This move certainly comes at a
volatile time for the company who currently face criminal charges
for tax evasion among other offenses. The company most likely will
loose a great deal of money by re-routing their online casino
target demographic. The United States provided over a third of the
gambling sites profit.
The Asian Market that BetOnSports is
hoping to bolster, has proved luke warm at best to current
marketing in the area. The future looks bleak for the casino
gaming company as they embark on a strategy that doesn't promise a
positive turnover.
The company, unfortunately, will not
be the only looser in this very complicated scenario. The online
casino gaming innovation has become a hot ticket on the London
Stock Market. Many share holders who have invested time and money
in the company will face financial loss due to recent events.
BetOnSports in addition to closing
their casino site, plan to refund the U.S. costumers' money. This
will prove difficult however. U.S. consumers will have to convince
banks to release the funds in order to get the value of their
winnings. In the wake of the current legal dispute, the chance of
the players receiving their refund is slim to none
